- Geographical location of school within borough, including full postal address (and email and website address if applicable).
- Description of location e.g. busy main road or residential? Lots of residents parking? Wide or narrow streets? 20 mph zone? Traffic calming? School crossing patrol?
- Type of school and number of pupils and staff at the school.
- Description of the current catchment area of the school.
- Number and location of pedestrian and vehicle entrances
- Nearest public transport links. Is there a designated school bus?
- Number of car parking spaces on site, is this sufficient and are there any restrictions on who can use them?
- Is cycling promoted within the school? Do you carry out cycle training?
- Number of cycle parking spaces, is this sufficient to meet demand? Quality of cycle parking – is it secured, well lit, protected from the rain etc? Is there a designated cycle entrance?
- Do you have a road safety policy at present? Do you carry out regular road safety lessons? Which years?
- Do you have a school trip policy? Do you use coaches, public transport, walk or cycle?
